 i.              collate and Loading the plastic stems by the vibrate and collate device

 ii.              after the plastic stem loaded on the track, then to cutting (round shape) the filament

 iii.              after cutting the filament , then to trimming the filament to be smooth touch

 iv.              after trimming, then sanding the filament for a good appearance and good coating effect      

 v.              after sanding, then to the glue process(customer option), the filament will combine together

 vi.              all the process finished, then will be loaded on the dryer device.
